Brother Happykingsford, I totally disgreed with what you said! A From 3 standard person can also be a well-educated person provided he or she is willing to keep up with a life long learning. I'm sure that Happykingsford today is no longer be a Form 3 Stardard person again!!!!
To be honest, all of my subordinates are undergraduate (ie. Degree Holder) ..... As what hin402 said, their quality is no good and just like a Form 5 student if compare with those of my generation!
